Personality traits and motivation of Generation Z students in management study programs in higher education

This article examined Generation Z students’ personality traits and motivation as prerequisites for sustainable learning well the identification of relevant motivational factors in educational process. The main goal research was to identify analyze dominant that affect performance students management study programs at a technical university. identified were analyzed relation subsequently, potential impact on outcomes selected subjects tested. sample represented by Slovak university while size N = 132 respondents. authors used three standardized questionnaires. first questionnaire Questionnaire NEO (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness) five factor inventory version (with added (of agreeableness conscientiousness), specifically two factors: conscientiousness neuroticism. questionnaires also assess values, attitudes towards values motivation. statistical analysis collected data processed statistics program SPSS (Statistical Package Social Sciences). findings proved relationships between perform conscientiousness, inhibition neuroticism differences different years study.
